Personalised products
Custom-printed cards are made to your specification, so the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded for these personalised goods.
Defective or damaged items
If your cards arrive defective, damaged or not as ordered, we replace them free of charge or issue a full refund.
How to request a refund
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll respond within 2 business days.
Right of withdrawal
For non-personalised items, you have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law.
