1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through cardveo.com.

2. Orders & contract

A binding contract is formed when we confirm your paid order. You are responsible for the content and rights of uploaded media.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are shown including 19% German VAT (MwSt) where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

4. Delivery

We print and ship within the stated time. Shipping costs and times are shown at checkout.

5. Right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

As cards are custom-made to your specification, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded for personalised goods. Defective items are of course replaced.

6. Liability

We are liable according to statutory provisions. We are not responsible for third-party content linked from AR pages.
